Team Enablement
Train your team to build their own AI artifacts. Not consume someone else's.
A 4-week, hands-on cohort. Every team member leaves with a working AI artifact built for their own job — not a watched video, not a certificate, a thing they made.
Who this is for
PE / VC firms
Deal teams that want AI as a sourcing and diligence advantage.
Leadership teams
Execs who want shared fluency before pushing AI down through the org.
Ops teams
Operators who need the muscle to ship internal automations themselves.
The Method, applied to a team
Frame & Coach → Build & Teach → Read the Signal → Scale or Kill.
Same four steps as every Fieldwork engagement. In a cohort, every participant runs the method on their own real workflow — so the team leaves with both shared fluency and their own artifacts.
01
Frame & Coach (Wk 1)
Foundations: what AI actually is in 2026, how to talk to models, personal context. Each participant frames their own thesis — which workflow in their job is worth the bet.
02
Build & Teach (Wk 2)
Each participant rebuilds their workflow live, with coaching. Real code, real prompts. They learn the tools by shipping, not by watching.
03
Read the Signal (Wk 3)
Each artifact gets tested on real work. Participants learn to tell AI signal from noise on their own outputs — not someone else's case study.
04
Scale or Kill (Wk 4)
What works gets shared across the team and codified into the playbook. What doesn't, we kill. The team leaves with shared standards, prompts, and tooling — yours forever.
