Terms of Service
Last updated: August 24, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of getfieldworkai.com (the “Site”) and the services provided by Fieldwork AI LLC (“Fieldwork AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
Fieldwork AI LLC is an Idaho limited liability company based in Boise, Idaho. We provide AI enablement training, advisory services, and custom software implementation to organizations.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems, interfere with its operation, scrape or harvest it by automated means without our permission, or use it to transmit malware or unlawful content.
3. Gated content and access codes
Some areas of the Site — training portals, client materials, and similar resources — are available only with an access code we issue. Access codes are personal to the recipient organization. Do not share them outside your organization, and tell us promptly if you believe one has been disclosed. We may revoke an access code at any time.
4. Services and engagements
Services we perform for a client are governed by a separate written services agreement, statement of work, or proposal. Where those documents conflict with these Terms as to the services, those documents control. Software applications and integrations we build and operate for clients are additionally governed by our End-User License Agreement.
Nothing on the Site is an offer, and no engagement is formed until we both sign a written agreement.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, logos, frameworks, and code — are owned by Fieldwork AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or distribute them without our written permission, other than ordinary personal or internal use.
Work product we deliver to a client under a services agreement is owned by that client as that agreement provides. We retain ownership of our underlying methods, frameworks, and tooling.
6. Content you submit
When you submit information through a form, diagnostic, or booking tool, you confirm you have the right to share it and that it is accurate. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit sensitive personal information, credentials, or confidential third-party material through the Site.
7. AI-generated content
Parts of the Site and our services use artificial intelligence to produce assessments, drafts, summaries, and recommendations. This output can be incomplete or incorrect. Treat it as a starting point for your own judgment, not as professional advice. Fieldwork AI does not provide accounting, tax, legal, financial, or medical advice.
8. Third-party links and services
The Site links to third-party sites and services we do not control, including scheduling, newsletter, and analytics providers. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIELDWORK AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED FIVE THOUSAND U.S. DOLLARS ($5,000). Liability arising under a signed services agreement is governed by that agreement.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fieldwork AI and its members, officers, and contractors from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or of applicable law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under them.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
